I have sadness all year round, as it gets very lonely on your own. i have been on my own 29 years since my wife became an angel in heaven, today would have been our 55th wedding anniversary. so i have taken some Red and White roses to her grave. i will do the same next month on her birthday. Christine was taken by the angels when she was 45 and was living with terminal Cancer

I prefer winter. Dislike the heat and humidity in CT summers

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Many people are affected by reduced sunlight in the winter which can cause seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Others are affected by summer seasonal affective disorder. Heat, humidity, and pollen are likely to cause summer sadness.
Do you suffer from summer sadness? Or do you find yourself more affected by the lack of sunlight in the winter? What elements cause your sadness?
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team
