Hi @monday13
How are you today?
I have heard about intermittent fasting in other contexts but not for those with type 2 diabetes. I would also be very interested to find out if anyone has tried it. Let me tag a few members to see if they would be willing to share their experiences.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? Did it help regulate your weight? Was it challenging? What were your experiences?
Let us know if it worked for you!
Take care,

Hello
Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? What was your timing like? Did it work?
It seems like a challenge, only eating between 10 a.m. - 5 p.m, and almost a bit dangerous? Let me know your experiences, might not be so bad to try.
Many thanks
