Hello everyone,
I thought I would pop in and revive this discussion.
What do you think? Are you able to still stay active through your spasticity? If so, what types of activity do you do? Are there certain sports or activities that are better or easier for those living with spasticity?

@Courtney_J I'm sure it depends on the illness that causes the spasticity, but I think gentle activities might be better. My sister does quite a bit of stretching and yoga-like exercises to help with the stiffness and it seems to do her good.

Hello,
Spasticity can really complicate our life, but some can choose to pursue their usual daily activities such as doing sport.
Does spasticity stop you from doing your usual physical activities? If not, how did you adapt their frequency and intensity in order not to experience additional pain and fatigue?
Thank you in advance for sharing your stories!
