@Courtney_J I've been reading a few books that I'd put aside to read ages ago and I try to putter around the garden a bit and get at the few weeds that have been popping up if I can get to them. Not easy with my arthritis, but I manage! My children have given me a tablet so I can speak to my grandchildren over video, but I'm not sure I'll be able to manage it! Fingers crossed.

@pancake That's excellent to hear! Best of luck with the tablet!

One more tip. Take this time to de clutter your home, wardrobe, garage. Donate unwanted clothes to charity, old towels and bedding to animal hospital.

@Courtney_J The creativity of humanity in a time of difficulty is just inspiring. Some of those videos of the Italians singing together on their balconies bring tears to my eyes. Maybe I should organise an evening sing along with the neighbours! Myself I've been getting into meditation in an effort to calm some of my stress.

The wife and kids have pulled out some games and jigsaws so we've been having a go at them together. May need to take up some window table tennis with the neighbours though!

I've been attending to the clutter in a few of my cupboards that has accumulated over the years! It's very nice to finally have the time to tackle some of the things I've been setting aside for ages!

Hello everyone,
During this Coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been advised to "social distance" ourselves or even to stay at home, limiting contact with strangers, friends and even in some cases, family. No more outings to the cinema, the shops, the theatre and all those things we love to do.
We may be "stuck" at home, but let's not let it get us down!
Here are a few little ideas to help you keep busy while staying at home!
