Good advisor
I've been having a very difficult time with my mood and social interactions in my Asperger Syndrome. I really appreciate and love this little Carenity website. I'm not eating properly, nor cooking my food properly and I'm very depressed and anxious all the time. My diabetic hbA1c was high last time I spoke to my GP surgery nurse. I also don't understand sarcasm, puns and jokes and everyday social conventions with my friends, and I'm having mood swings on the phone which makes me feel guilty.
Please help.
