I have found meditation a great help. I started with 5 to 10 minutes a day and now I regularly meditate every day. You need a proper teacher, I have a Kadampa Meditation Centre near me very helpful. They do online classes and are all over the country, you can find your nearest one online. I promote them a lot because they have been so beneficial for me.

Is anyone out there feeling frightened living alone with scary thoughts, ocd and depression. Have just started new meds but take a while to help, I hope they do. How do others get through the day when its bad?
