I have taken Cetirizine for over 30 years now. In the beginning it was amazing, but now, I get symptoms of hay fever from spring, all through summer and into autumn when it finally begins to subside. But I know that there are very little options for an alternative solution and I was taken off Loratidine (I think) because it wasn't working 35 years ago; Piriton does nothing, not even for anaphylaxis, so I'm stuck really. I add in a nasal wash (all natural) which helps with snottiness and stuffiness, but not the itchy eyes, ears and throat.
