Used initially to help me sleep with Fibro pain but after a few weeks it stopped being effective. I find it best not to take all the time and try to manage until desperate. Taken along painkillers helps a bit more.

I have been on Diazepam for so long I can't remember when I started taking it but when I first started it used to knock me out,I would sleep for hours. I was on the strongest dose along with other tablets. I am now on the lowest dose possible and still find it hard at times to cope but I get through it some how.
