Shoulder, neck, back, foot, knees, hip. Last but definitely the worst, most painful & disrupting..my hands/thumbs! 😕

@MattHARLEYRIDER Totally agree, my back is painful, but I have so much pain in fingers, they are making life more and more difficult.

@Yougatheart I finally saw a hand surgeon my hands are trashed— I was a nurse for 43 years and also an oil painter at least I can still paint ! So he recommends vitamin E oil to massage on the fingers it has an anti inflammatory effect also voltaren gel, but you need to be cautious because it’s an nsaid I have little finger compression socks to help with inflammation I’m starting PT soon for hand exercises
the goal is to maintain and prevent damage hope this helps
