CBT-i (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia)

CBT-i (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia)

Many people struggle with insomnia to the point that even with 'powerful' drugs they can't sleep.

It has been discovered a new therapy called Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia or CBT-i which teaches the person how to relax, what to say to himself and what to do before going to sleep in order to get a good night sleep and stay drug free.

This therapy has been proven to be more effective than much of the sleep medications and many insurances pay for it.

What do you think about this? Have you tried it already?

I leave you here the link to the whole article if you want to read it.

All the best,

Yep, me too - I guess -  don't do well following anaesthetic though, so it might be worth a try :)
