Community Manager UK
Michael is the Carenity UK Community Manager. With a background in marketing and copywriting, he is committed to putting his writing skills to work to make Carenity a safe and welcoming community for patients and caregivers.
Community Manager France and Content Manager
Community Manager of Carenity in France, Louise is also editor-in-chief of the Health Magazine to provide articles, videos and testimonials that focus on patients' experiences and making their voices heard. With a multidisciplinary background in journalism, she coordinates the writing of content for the Carenity platforms and facilitates the members' interaction on the site.
Community manager UK & US
Courtney is Community Manager for Carenity’s UK and US platforms. Her role is to facilitate discussion and answer questions among Carenity’s English-speaking members. She also assists in the editing and translation of articles in the Health Magazine.
Courtney holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Art History from Virginia Tech (Blacksburg, USA) as well as a Master of Science in Marketing from NEOMA Business School (Rouen, France). She joined the Carenity team in early 2020.
Community Manager UK
Josephine is the Community Manager of the UK with a Masters in Publishing. She is a strong believer in the power of words and strives to make Carenity UK a comforting, vibrant and informative community for both patients and their families.

Lee is a Juris Doctor and Doctor of Physical Therapy. Now the Community Manager of Carenity US, he strongly believes that the platform has to be a haven and a tool for patients seeking information, advice or just a friendly encounter.

Candice Salomé is Community Manager France at Carenity. She is also involved in the writing of articles for Santé Magazine. Responsible for member engagement on Carenity's French platform, she accompanies patients and their families on a daily basis and participates in the improvement of the site to enable them to navigate it as easily as possible.

Pauline Heyries is currently a Data Scientist Intern at Carenity. Her role consists of drafting the survey questionnaires offered to patients, analysing the collected data and contributing to the writing and publication of scientific articles available in the Health Magazine, as well as updating the health and drug fact sheets.
Pauline Heyries is a 5th year pharmacy student at the University of Aix-Marseille and is aiming for a career in the pharmaceutical industry, hoping to work in the field of health economics later on.
Product & Engagement Manager
Marie-Gabrielle is Product & Engagement Manager within the Carenity Team. Her role is twofold:
Her knowledge of communities enables her to help Carenity's application products (forum, health magazine, survey space) evolve in line with the needs of its users, i.e. its members. She draws from the community of members and their experiences and challenges to build a forum/magazine/survey space that corresponds to their expectations.
She is also in charge of the platform's engagement strategy, or implementing actions to build loyalty among Carenity members. Her role is therefore to ensure that members, patients, and friends of patients feel comfortable within the Carenity communities, so that they can be informed and share about their illnesses within caring and welcoming communities.
Professor Amoura is head of the Internal Medicine Service and Technical Coordinator of the National Reference Centre for Lupus at Pitié Salpêtrière in Paris. He studies systemic and autoimmune diseases.
Doctor Begon is a Hospital Practitioner in the Dermatology Department at the Pontoise Hospital in the Paris Region and at Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris.
Doctor Boulu is a neurologist practicing in Paris and a Hospital Practitioner at Beaujon Hospital. He is particularly devoted to the study of the effects of age on the brain and has written a book called "La dynamique du cerveau".
Professor Pierre Bourgeois is Head of the Rheumatology Department at the Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris, and professor at the Pierre and Marie Curie University. He is also a former Vice-President of the French Rheumatology Society.

The Carenity Editorial Team is made up of experienced editors and specialists in the healthcare field who aim to provide impartial and high quality information. Our editorial content is proofread, edited and validated by the Content Manager as well as by the members of the Scientific Committee or a healthcare expert if necessary. We regularly update our content to reflect advances in medical knowledge.
Professor Huchon is Head of Pulmonology at the Hôtel-Dieu hospital in Paris, as well as a professor of Pulmonology at Cochin-Port Royal hospital in Paris. He is president of the National Committee for the Fight Against Respiratory Diseases. Gérard Huchon is the author of a book called "Pneumologie".
Doctor Marcel Ichou has been a general practitioner in Paris since 1980. He is also a columnist on Europe 1 and particpates on the "Vivement dimanche" programme on France 2. He is the author of two books: "Votre ordonnace santé" and "La tele-health vous ment".
Professor Mourad is a professor of Medicine and Head of the Internal Medicine Department at the Paris Saint-Joseph hospital group. Professor Mourad chaired the French Committee to Combat Arterial Hypertension (CFLHTA) and currently chairs the scientific council of the French College of Vascular Pathology (CFPV ).
Dr. Rubinstein specialises in functional exploration of the nervous system, and has worked for several years on the use of laughter for therapeutic purposes. He is the author of several books on medical subjects aimed at the general public which describe the relationship between an individual and their health, and the interactions between patients and caregivers.
Professor Philippe Touraine is Head of the Department of Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine at the Pitié Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris. He specialises in endocrine gland function and hormones. Specifically, he treats hormonal disorders that touch patients living with diabetes and obesity.
