I want to really really try to get more sleep. I always get stuck watching at 30 min tik tok/ig vids before I go to bed. I really want to try to stop this habit and sleep that time. But I feel like my life is so hectic that I need that time to "decompress" I need the mindless activity so calm me down a bit. I will start by using the timelimit feature on the iphone. Any other ideas?

I may just be taking this from the other post in this group--
But I'd like to try to practice gratitude at least once a week. I will try to write it down on Sunday mornings. This seems like a good time to reflect on the past week and go into the next thinking positive thoughts.

This year I will try to see more friends. I feel like I am still living in a post-pandemic place. Since 2020 I haven't met with as many friends and I miss that.
