Hi @Chelly
I'm sorry to hear about your bloating issues. I'm surprised your doctor says it is not related to your cysts. I'll tag a few other members who might be able to share their experiences with you.

Do you bloat often? Do you do anything special to de-bloat? Do you have any advice to offer?
Take care,

@LizziB Thankyou !! I have a private consultation booked for later today with a gynaecologist. Hoping to get answers as it will be 3years in November since this started. My recent Ultrasound showed my ovaries volume of 16cc

I haven't had bloating with my pcos but I have had the pain.
I had an 11cm ovarian cyst removed from my right ovary in early February this year.
Although I had to stay in hospital for an extra couple of days due to an infection I had when I was on the recovery ward, generally ladies who have a laparscopic cystectomy (I think I've spelled that right) are in and out the same day.
I'm fully recovered from the operation, but I have been told that they can come back though.
I thought they had returned early last month but I found out that I have type 2 diabetes.

Hi all,
I was diagnosed 4years ago with PCOS. Apart from the painful periods and what I like to call "man hair" I was okay. The pill I was already taking made my periods a "one a year" affair anyways. However its coming up to 3years now since I woke up one day with a distended stomach. And I mean HUGE. Naturally a slim size 6-8 now I looked 6months pregnant. The bloat is low and painful. I can feel my ovaries constantly. I have seen every kind of doctor and tried every supplement pill diet you name it for IBS. Currently now doing hypnotherapy for ibs also. But I am convinced this bloat is nothing to do with ibs at all. I have recently had another Ultrasound which showed my ovaries have grown due to more polcystic cysts. However the gynaecologist has said my bloat n pain is nothing to do with my cysts. Has anyone else had this? I'm at my witts end. I want nothing more than to fit back into my jeans and plan my wedding with a dress I like not one to cover the bump.
