Healthy fruit roll-up's

Directions : 5 minutes

Ingredients 4 Number of people

2 sweet apples, diced
200g frozen berries
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/4 cup water

Directions

Mix ingredients in a pot and heat until cooked.

Blend ingredients until the mix is smooth

Cover a baking tray with paper and add the mixture in a thin, even layer.

Bake at 100 degrees for 2-3 hours - or until the mixture is solid. This really depends on the oven and how thick you have made the layer.

 

Notes/Tips

The first time I made these, they totally burnt in an hour! So when the directions say "thin layer" - it's not that thin :)

You can of course use whichever fruits you like. With berries it doesn't become too sweet. It's more fresh.
