Low Fat Madras Mince Curry

Ingredients 4 Number of people

500g Low Fat Mince

Tablespoon Oil

1 Medium Onion - Diced

Handfull Mushrooms - Chopped

400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes

1 OXO Cube

1 cup of Water

1/4 Jar Pataks Madras Paste

Pinch Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Fry the onions until softened.

2. Add the mince to the onions until browned.

3. Add the Pataks madras paste to the mixture for about 2-3 minutes then add the tin tomatoes, water and OXO cube and simmer for 15 minutes.

4. Add mushrooms to the mixture along with the salt and pepper and simmer again for 15 minutes.

Best served with rice and Naan Bread
