Hi meditation is excellent as it allows the person to be in clock time rather than psychological time...

Most people are in the latter which encourages more stress and anxiety as their mind is constantly shifting to past and future events,I run programmes that actually remove anxiety giving specific exercises and techniques proven to help anxiety and the killer stress!

Unfortunately most peole do not realise their mind is in a sub conscious form 95% of the day generating the same feelings over and over again which will ultimately get the same relationship or poor health repeatedly..

Am sure most people have had a friend who complains about a bad relationship and you have met their partner before, anyway they ring you up complaining all the time about this relationship then the next time they ring you they say I have finished the relationship and feel great etc...or sad

You then meet them a few months later they are with someone new who at firts glance looks very similar to the last person they were with,in a quiet moment they ask if they can talk to you saying this relationship is not working and want your advice on knocking it on the head...

Before you answer you have a lightbulb moment, did they not complain about the last person in the same way,so the question is who is creating the dynamics of the relationship..

Have any of you tried meditation? They mentioned it to me in treatment but for me I feel like I get too much in my head and thoughts and it just encourages me to spiral
