Hello everyone,

Cushing’s syndrome often causes notable physical changes, like weight gain, abnormal fat distribution, or skin changes, which can have a big impact on self-esteem and body image.

How do you deal with these physical changes? Have you found ways to accept these changes and regain some confidence?

Whether it’s tips for feeling better in your own skin, how you talk about these changes with loved ones, or advice on handling comments and stares, your experiences can support others going through the same struggles. Let’s share our thoughts and advice! 💬🌸

Take care,

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
