Hello all, how are you today? Do you do any sort of sport or exercise? Have you noticed that it has helped your endometriosis? Do you have any recommendations or tips for Minda145?

I regularly take gentle exercise- where I can - power walking and cycling but no impact sports- worked for me 🙂

@twecolynne Thank you, I've been thinking of doing stationary cycling or using the elliptical at the gym when it feels safe. My friend is also a yoga instructor so i may take some classes with her 🙂

Hi, I was also wondering if any of you have been encouraged to take up sport with your endo? I've been avoiding it since my diagnosis because I often don't have the energy or am in too much pain to move. Has anyone found that it has helped? I could see maybe yoga or stretching being beneficial, so I'm curious to hear your feedback.
Thanks xx
