Hello everyone,

How are you doing today?

Sometimes, even when we take our prescriptions and follow a balanced life style there are still some symptoms that are hard to resolve.

What do you do when you wake up with a fuzzy head? With a congested nose? Fatigue? How do you cope with these symptoms?

Regular fuzzy heads until I have my shower and the only home meds I take is for a blocked nose is a decongestant, a sign of my age I guess!
