I'm coeliac so can't tolerate gluten at all . Recently though I ve been taking reactions to medication also . I'm B12 deficent and on 3 occasions have been hospitalised due to anaphalyis from medications .

hello

Mags4711 I hear you... I turned out to be allergic to a lot of medications that I didn't even know till they diagnosed me with a cardiovascular disease and I started taking them. It is not pretty, but what has worked for me, to avoid the anaphylaxis,has been to get a blood test to see what I am allergic to. So maybe you can get one too.
