Hi guys I  am disabled due to different conditions, but my lastest diagnosis of Nash has really scared me, especially when liver transplant will be needed if things do not improve, I have been advised to do internittant fasting, have no carbs, no fat, has anybody got any advice for me, I have terrible memory loss, and a lot of upper right quadrant pain, I am currently being tested for diabetes also, any advice would be great please, my sister also has Nash.

Hi Wendy.

I too have Nash. I have been doing the 16.8 fasting and actually feel better. Its hard at the beginning but it gets easier. So lunch at 12 noon and dinner and a snack but nothing to eat after 8 pm until 12 noon the following day

@Felix12 Hi Felix, can you tell me more about fasting? I keep hearing about it, but I don't understand how it works. You can't anything at all during the fasting times, even breakfast? Do you feel faint in the mornings?

Thanks,

Maury

Hello,

Does anyone know if there is a cure for NASH? Is it really for life?
