Hello everyone,

If you could change something about your daily life, what would you choose? A symptom or complication that bothers or frightens you? The judgemental looks of others?

Feel free to join this discussion to discuss everyday life as an obese patient and get support.

Have a great day,
Josephine

@ZebLo1 I struggle with this too. I'd love to eliminate the mental health struggles that come with obesity, I often eat because I feel stressed or down and then I feel down and stressed when I eat too much. It's a vicious circle. I'd also love to change the judgement from society. People judge or look down on me for being overweight but then when I try to change that by getting in shape, people judge me as well at the gym or in the park. We can't win.
