ANSWER DEPENDS ON THE COCONUT IN LAST PIC AS ITS 1 1/2 COCONUTS :-)
SO COULD EITHER BE 48 OR 64 (IF CLASSING THE 1/2 COCONUTS AS 3 HALVES :-)

Apples 10
Banana 4
Half coconut 2
Last image a bit ambiguous
First coconuts + (10 x 4)
Seeing a whole coconut, half a coconut and two pieces, total seems around 1.75 of a coconut. So:
3 (2) + 40 = 46
3.5 (2) + 40 = 47
So the answer is 46 or 47 depending if the small pieces of coconut are added to the whole and half.

Depends on the last image, ie if one and a half coconuts, then 64. If not then 48.

Hello everyone.
How are you doing?
It's summertime! The sun is shining and the birds are singing. We're relaxing on Carenity. What better way to do so than to have fun?
What's the answer to this calculation?
The answer will be given on August 29 🙂
Have a nice day.
Lizzi from the Carenity team
