Been on the 20 mgs Butrans patch for twelve months . Although it is very affective for pain I find it causes extreme tiredness. So I dropped down to 10 mgs which has improved the fatigue. Also it’s very hard to reduce dosage as it is very addictive and withdrawals were very unpleasant. But overall it’s been good fir me as I have poor absorption due to inflammatory bowel disease
