I take Low Dose Naltrexone and have done since 2014. I only take 2mls in liquid form. It has never caused me any side effects, unless I take it at night and it used to make me very wakeful. So I started taking it in the morning instead. It works on your Endorphins and triplicates their immunity. Thus I believe it has helped me to continue with my working life. I can thoroughly recommend it
