Hi all , been on the rollercoaster up and down it's a good thing to back off the meds while U fluctuate between feeling good and not so good the thing that kinda gets me a bit is someone just exclude strong meds as a stigma , I wish.i didn't have to use it but I've come to realise that's what's giving me quality of life ,most days are harder to get thru , but I guess ur in a situation lose a few brain cells or lose the ability to do stuff with the kids and family and id rather not be an angry person cause the days are just so unberable,
