Hi I am suffering with terrible pain when I eat anything in the onion family and any hot spicey items like chillies, peppers, etc. Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes I myself suffer with both onions are hard to digest and chillies cause reflux bloating and heartburn stay clear of onions and spicy food fresh mint leaves in hot are cold water are good for bloating and green tea also try the drainage and elimination tea there good for flushing your system
