I've started using a wearable and it is much easier to track my bp

I have started using a wearable device from Aktiia. It is a simple bracelet band, no need to inflate a cumbersome cuff. It measures my blood pressure and I can easily track it throughout the day (tracked 12 times). Just constantly being aware of my bp has helped me better manage my hypertension.
How are you today?
This sounds like some great technology. Let me tag a few other members to see what they think.

How do you track your blood pressure? Have you tried to track your bp with a wearable electronic device like this Aktiia? Would you try it?

Yes I've bought two of these devices which were very good as an indicator along with other symptoms. I bought cheap ones as a tester but found the batteries don't last long been again ideal for being out and about. I will be investing in a more expensive model to see if they last a little longer but they did last about a year with regular charging.
The down side is resetting them after the battery dies I can't get my head round mobiles and such devices.
