I stick to a low fat, low cabohydrate diet, plenty of vegetables ,fruit, pulses, nuts & seeds. I do my own juicing. I eat little but often. I drink lots of water. When I was first diagnosed in 2015, I had the most terrible itching, that has now gone. I feel a bit of a fraud, because I feel extremely well. I do have trouble sleeping & suffer from bouts of depression. I am interested to know how others cope.

I find since I started changing my diet habits I'm doing quite well too. There's no cure, but I think there's hope. If anyone has any other diet tips I'm all ears?
