Hi everyone, how are you doing today? 😊

I wanted to reach out on behalf of a member, who is feeling really overwhelmed right now. She’s dealing with both type 2 diabetes and coeliac disease, which makes it really difficult for her to know what foods are safe to eat. She’s been waiting over three months to speak with a dietitian but hasn’t heard back yet, and she’s feeling scared about whether she’s eating the right things.

Does anyone here have experience managing both conditions?

Would you know any safe, balanced meal options that won’t affect her blood sugar or trigger gluten reactions?
