Hello everyone, hope you're doing well today!

In recent years, many workplaces have made progress in supporting breastfeeding mothers through policies that ensure access to clean, private spaces and break time for pumping. This support is not only important for the health of mothers and babies, but also for workforce retention and productivity. However, even today, many women still report having to pump in unsanitary locations or skip sessions altogether, putting their health and milk supply at risk.

๐Ÿ‘ถ Breastfeeding offers abundant health benefits, from reducing the risk of infection in babies to lowering long-term health risks in mothers. But without proper workplace accommodations, many women find themselves forced to stop earlier than planned.

๐Ÿ’ฌ We want to hear from you:

Have you or someone you know faced challenges breastfeeding or pumping at work?

Do you think there is enough support for working parents in general?

What kind of workplace policies have made (or would make) a real difference?

Let's open the conversation about what inclusion really looks like for all employees, including nursing mothers.

Take care,
