Not effective upon chronic pain.

I only use this as a top up medication for flare up pain as I do not want to use any more opioid medication. I think I may need to increase opioid meds as weekly flare up last 3-5 days. My GP thinks I should increase them as she thinks I have reduced Fencino Fentynal too quickly.
