Good advisor

According to some studies, yoga may contribute to relieving low back pain. It also relaxes strained muscle and increases flexibility. Yoga is also a great relaxation technique and may help with anxiety and depression.

Have you already tried yoga poses to ease pain? Has it helped?

If you are not willing to try it, can you please let us know for what reasons?
