Hello all, I hope this question isn't too repetitive, but I'm also interested. I'm newly diagnosed and I was hoping to have some advice on treatment possibilities for this.
I have an intolerance to NSAIDs and I cannot take anti-TNFs because I have a heart condition and it's contraindicated. My rheumatologist has me on corticosteroids for my sacroilitis and I'm also taking Cosentyx.
If anyone could share some advice with me or point me in the right direction of resources I could read I'd be very grateful.
Thank you XX
