Basically im ok. I am now over treatment and having a mammogram  yearly. . But the worry fades slightly as the years and months go by but never leaves entirely. I still have dark moments when I find myself sat staring at a wall - in my own thoughts- then suddenly come out of it. Also any new ache or pain............

It's good to hear that you're doing okay. Yes, it is very understandable that there will always be a residue of worry but it's good to recognise thta whilst not letting your thoughts spiral. You're doing very well on your journey :)

@Niki45 yes all my joints are painful ive been on als for 10 years stopped 3 days ago hoping i can get my life back now its aged me 30 years felt like giving up lots of times but the alternative was frightening. All the best x

@Niki45 hi nicki i had my lumpectomy and full node clearance 10 years ago and even now the scar tissue is still hard and skin dimpled from the radiation.

I have invasive ductal breast cancer and I just finished a round of chemo for it.

@Dmg1965  I was diagnosed with secondaries in my lungs in February this year, very early and am just been treated with Aromasin ,waiting or appointment for scan before seeing oncologist again in December
