@Courtney_J I do have a more difficult time in summer with my COPD, I really can't take the heat. It puts a damper on our holidays because I do like to go to someplace sunny with the family. If we go to the seaside I tend to stay in the shade mostly because if I overheat it makes my breathing even worse. Other than that I try to drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

@Courtney_J @fourwinds Same, the heat is just unbearable. I try to stay in the shade as much as possible and I try to check the allergy forcast because the grass pollen in the summer really irritates me.

@fourwinds @philantropist I agree, I have to stay out of the heat too. And doing anything remotely active is out of the question for me when it's hot.
