Hello @Claireregan, thank you for opening this discussion, I've moved it to our type 1 diabetes group for more visibility. Diabetes can be difficult and demanding both physically and emotionally.
How do you all cope with type 1 diabetes? How do you deal with feeling stressed or overwhelmed with managing your diabetes? Do you have any coping techniques or advice? Who or what do you turn to for support?

@Claireregan I've had this since I was a girl so I've been used to taking care of it and myself for many years. As I've gotten older it's gotten harder to keep track of things and I've got other health concerns that are arising. I try to take things one day at a time when it get hard and lean on my husband when I need to.
