Hi everyone 👋
Living with type 2 diabetes can sometimes come with surprises, especially when it comes to food.
You might eat something you expected to be fine and then notice your blood sugar is higher than you thought. On another day, a meal you were worried about may affect you much less than expected.
Things like portion size, what foods are eaten together, activity, medications, stress and even the time of day can all make a difference, which is why everyone’s experience can look a little different.
Is there a food or meal that surprised you by affecting your blood sugar more than you expected?
Have you found a different portion, food combination or little change that works better for you now?
