Yes, I’ve noticed this sometimes when my blood sugar is high. I feel a bit foggy and it’s harder to concentrate on simple things. Once my levels go back to normal it usually gets better.
Does anyone else notice this more when their blood sugar is high or when it’s low?

Hi everyone,
Living with type 2 diabetes doesn’t just affect the body, it can influence how clearly we think, too. Some members have mentioned "brain fog" or difficulty concentrating, especially during blood sugar highs and lows.
If you’ve experienced this, you’re definitely not alone.
