Over the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to sleep like usual. My schedule has not really changed and my diet has generally been the same, so it is quite surprising. I am up at night sweating proffusely and I feel like I have been facing memory issues. Is this normal for others? I will speak to my doctor but anyone else with similar experiences? Thanks

Hi @thomas_dad

How are you today?

I'm sorry you haven't been sleeping well. I will tag a few others living with NASH to see if they have had similar experiences.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Have you been able to pinpoint that it is affected by your NASH? What do you do to help you sleep?

Please share some of your experiences with @thomas_dad

Take care,

Hi @thomas_dad

At this point I feel like anything can be related to NASH. I wish they had something we could take to fix it. I haven't had any of the issues you mentioned- night swelling or memory issues. But I do sweat. I thought it was just because of my weight, but I have lost some and I still have the sweats sometimes.

Good luck
