Hi everyone 😊

Time for something a little lighter!

Imagine you could keep only THREE of these for the next month:

β˜• Coffee or tea

πŸ“± Your phone

🍫 Chocolate

πŸ“Ί TV or streaming

🎡 Music

πŸ“š Books

😴 Afternoon naps

πŸ• Your favourite takeaway/takeout

🚢 Going for walks

πŸ›‹οΈ A lazy day at home

πŸ’¬ Your turn:

  • Which three would you keep?
  • Which one would be almost impossible for you to give up? πŸ˜„

Tea, music and afternoon naps would be my three. πŸ˜„

I don't think I could give up tea for a whole month, especially that first cup in the morning. The naps would be a close second though! I’d probably miss my phone at first, but maybe a month without constantly checking it would actually do me some good.

I’m choosing walks, chocolate and a lazy day at home. 🍫

Going for a walk is probably the one I’d struggle most to give up. Even a short one can help me switch off for a bit. And if I’m keeping lazy days, I think having some chocolate to go with them is only fair! πŸ˜„

Coffee, books and music for me! β˜•πŸ“šπŸŽ΅

Coffee is the one I really couldn't give up. My mornings just don't start properly without it. Books and music are easy picks because they work any time of day, whether I'm winding down at night or need something in the background while doing chores.

Funny that no one has picked the phone yet. A month without it would probably be strange at first, but I think I'd get used to it faster than I expect. πŸ˜„
