Hello everyone, how are you doing today? 😊

You’ve probably come across affirmations or positive self-talk at some point, those little phrases meant to boost your mood, shift your mindset, or support your healing journey.

Some people swear by them. Others find them too simplistic, especially when you’re living with chronic pain or ongoing health challenges. Still, for many, the way we speak to ourselves can make a real difference in how we cope day to day.

💬 So let’s talk:

  • Have you ever tried using affirmations or positive self-talk?
  • Did it help your mental health, your symptoms, or the way you relate to your body?
  • Or did it feel frustrating or even invalidating?

Your experiences, the good and the not-so-good, might help someone else feel less alone in their own journey.

Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

If someone was criticizing you all the time , would you remain with that person ? Criticizing others is a dangerous thing, not so much because you may make mistakes about them, but because you may be revealing the truth about yourself. what you create in yourself will sooner or later be expressed through your mind and personality.
