Today, we would like to hear from patients with autoimmune diseases (lupus, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis) about how they get information.
At what point in your care journey did you seek information related to your illness and on what topics? Was it useful to you?
What do you do if you need to contact and discuss quickly with your healthcare professional? Who do you turn to when you need help or support?
How do you interact with other patients with the same disease?

Thank you in advance and have a good day!
