Hey everyone, how are you doing today? 😊

We know that colours can influence our mood more than we might think. Soft blues might help us feel calm. Reds can bring on a sense of urgency or excitement. And maybe you’ve noticed that your favourite hoodie or bedsheet colour can shift your energy, even just a little.

If you’ve ever seen Breaking Bad, you might remember Marie, who always surrounds herself with the colour purple. It's a subtle nod to something called colour therapy, the idea that the colours we wear, decorate with, or are exposed to might impact how we feel, consciously or not.

💬 Let’s talk about it:

  • Have you ever felt comforted, uplifted, or calmed by a particular colour?
  • Do you find yourself drawn to certain colours during tough times?
  • Have you ever intentionally used colour to boost your mood or help you rest?

Whether you believe in colour therapy or just love a good sunset palette, we’d love to hear your experience. 🌈

Looking forward to your answers,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

I use purple a lot because to me it is a very spiritual colour. I use red when I need a blast of excitement. Black when I have overeaten lol. ❤️
