Hello everyone,

Vaccines have been one of the biggest medical advances in history, protecting us from diseases like measles, polio, pneumonia, flu, and even COVID-19. Many of us think of vaccines as something for children, but in reality, adults need boosters and new vaccines throughout life, especially as we age or live with chronic conditions.

πŸ‘‰ Doctors recommend adult vaccines such as the flu shot, COVID-19 boosters, the shingles vaccine, and pneumonia vaccines. But side effects, medications, and conflicting advice can sometimes make the decision feel confusing.

We’d love to hear from you:

  • Do you keep up to date with your recommended vaccines?
  • Have you ever had concerns about vaccine side effects?
  • Has your doctor or pharmacist recommended a vaccine you didn’t know about?
  • How do you feel about the role of vaccines in protecting people with chronic conditions?

I am up to date with all vaccines, i.e. flu and covid.

I am not at the age yet to receive Shingles vaccine, and think only covid this year is for those that are vulnerable.
