At the age of 21 I had to have an elbow replacement due to it locking. My arthritis affected it really badly and it was beyond saving. But now I am struggling to get it moving despite doing exercises I have been give and being such a young age I feel alone. Like no one can understand what I am going through with it, I would appreciate tips and just some friends I can come and talk to on bad days who will help and not just say oh don't worry it's all fine. Because that isn't what I need to hear I need to hear how I can help it
