Hello everyone, how are you doing today? 😊

Food poisoning happens when we consume food or drinks contaminated with harmful bacteria, viruses, or parasites. It can sneak up on anyone, causing symptoms like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, and even fever.

The most common culprits? Poor food handling, undercooked meals, inadequate refrigeration, or eating expired products. Thankfully, there are simple steps we can all take to reduce the risk:

  • Wash your hands and surfaces thoroughly. 🧼true
  • Keep raw and cooked foods separate to avoid cross-contamination.true
  • Cook food to the correct internal temperature. 🍳true
  • Refrigerate leftovers promptly. ❄️true
  • Check expiration dates and throw out anything questionable.true
  • Wash fruits and vegetables well. 🥗true
  • Be cautious with high-risk foods like raw seafood or unpasteurized products. 🍣true

Have you ever experienced food poisoning?

What were your symptoms, and how did you recover?

Are there any special precautions you’ve adopted to stay safe?

I think I just had it. I was taking care of some retards and they messed with my food and made me sick. Ended up leaving. No need to get retardism.
