Hello everyone,

Inevitably, the dreaded colonoscopy will come. Here are some tips to help stomach the prep liquid:

Chill it

Drink slowly

Drink through a straw

Wash it down with cold water

Take an anti-nausea before

Do you have any other tips to add? How do you prevent it from coming up the other end?

Mix up the moviprep in a bowl, use a small child's cup and have dome of the mix, then drink some fruit tea, (I find berry ones vest, as it best to avoid citrus flavours). Drink about half cup of each alternately, until its all gone, usually takes around 30 plus mins, including little breaks.
