Hi everyone πŸŒ™
How are you feeling today?

We all know that sleep is essential for our bodies and minds, but getting good sleep isn’t always easy, especially when you're managing a chronic condition.

Most adults between 18 and 60 need at least 7 hours of sleep per night. For those over 60, the recommendation is 7 to 9 hours, and for those over 65, 7 to 8 hours. But what about in real life, when pain flares up, anxiety won’t switch off, or medications disrupt your rhythms?

πŸ’¬ Let’s talk about it:

  • How many hours of sleep do you usually get each night?
  • Has your sleep changed since your diagnosis or treatment?
  • Are there symptoms or side effects that make sleep harder?
  • What helps you rest better: routines, tricks, or small comforts?

Whether you’re struggling or thriving in the sleep department, your experience might help someone else feel seen.

Take care,

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
