I get varied sleep I get between 5 to 8 hours depending as I am unsettled at times I can't get comfortable due to lower back pain and restless legs

How are you feeling today?
We all know that sleep is essential for our bodies and minds, but getting good sleep isnβt always easy, especially when you're managing a chronic condition.
Most adults between 18 and 60 need at least 7 hours of sleep per night. For those over 60, the recommendation is 7 to 9 hours, and for those over 65, 7 to 8 hours. But what about in real life, when pain flares up, anxiety wonβt switch off, or medications disrupt your rhythms?
